RespondersHealth Plans is the first national health trust for all public sector employees for active and retired. This was no easy feat, and it was a true unified healthcare collective lift. The founders are trained professional first responders who have recognize the need for such a solution.
Some common problems in benefit healthcare plans for public sector (government) early retirees are losing coverage due to lowering bond ratings due to unfunded liabilities and premium rates that are increasing from insolvencies.
With state presumptive health laws for First Responders Employers are obligated to assist its current, former, and retired members however we find this is not occurring. When a person becomes a qualified member at no cost to join, they can become Care Managed.
This solution took more than a decade to develop.

Health Plans
It is in our nature as Responders to care for others, which made it important to us to partner with a health collective that would provide Responders with a white glove experience. This is to include access, advocacy, and healthcare transparency. There are many health plans programs out there but most leave it to the member to find access, navigate, and even figure out how to utilize their benefits on their own. Seamless not only provides the white glove experience for members but aligns with our pillars for ENGAGEMENT, WELLNESS, PREVENTION.
ENGAGEMENT – We are with members from start to finish by assisting with each step of utilization. They assist with finding providers and even making appointments.
WELLNESS – The full concierge model focuses on members wellness by ensuring that vital health information is communicated to providers.
PREVENTION – We provide 24/7 access to care and offers claims adjudicators, who will work with the emergency room or critical care center to understand what medical procedures were performed and what the cost of that care should be based on industry averages to prevent overcharging and hidden costs.
