Safety Vision, LLC Completes Phase Two of ICOP Integration

Houston TX—Safety Vision, a leading provider of mobile video and fleet automation solutions, today announced the successful completion of the next phase in its integration of ICOP products and personnel into the Safety Vision family. Following the acquisition of the operating assets and business of ICOP Digital Inc. two months ago, Safety Vision has successfully completed the integration of logistics operations, training of sales and service personnel and customer outreach programs. Feedback and new sales efforts with the existing ICOP customer base has been overwhelmingly positive. “The ICOP product line with its reputation for reliability and Tier I features, combined with Safety Vision’s financial strength, stability and nearly two decades of mobile video experience has been very well received”, said Bruce Smith, CEO and President of Safety Vision.

Highlights from this phase of the integration include:

• Logistics and back office integration
• Sales, support and service training
• Establishment of Kansas branch office
• Customer outreach programs—trade show, conference, telephone and e-mail communications
• International expansion in EMEA - DDIT (Developed Dimension Information Technology)

Commenting on the integration plan, Smith added, “We are extremely pleased with the rapid progress to date as are the existing and new law enforcement customers of the ICOP product line. Every day, ICOP customers are receiving the service, support and products they expect. Due to strong demand, we’re accelerating our manufacturing plans to meet our customers’ needs and exceed their expectations. Safety Vision looks forward to the final phase of integration, in which it will ramp up additional resources in support of the acquisition, including further integration of engineering teams, new marketing campaigns and outreach programs and further improved and streamlined support services.
