David J. Soler is the founder and publisher of Firefighter Toolbox and the host of iTunes top-rated firefighter training podcast called Firefighter Toolbox Podcast. With over 20 years in the fire service, he is a nationally certified fire instructor III, fire officer II, rescue technician and hazmat technician with experience in both urban and rural fire services. As a captain, he has taken low-responding, low-motivated fire companies and turned them into highly motivated, top-responding fire companies.
