Cause of Death: Greene was diagnosed with job-related breast cancer in 2004 and succumbed to her illness on December 28 of this year.
Additional Info: Greene started with the San Francisco FD in 1993, and worked as a firefighter, driver, and chief’s aide. She is survived by her partner, Alissa Van Nort, and their son, Zayden, and her brother Jaison.
