CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A paramedic and firefighter died after contracting COVID-19.
Jason Wurster, a paramedic for Putnam County EMS and a firefighter for the Jefferson Volunteer Fire Department, died after contracting COVID-19 in the line of duty, according to a Facebook post from Hurrican Fire & Rescue.
