PITTSBURGH — A city firefighter suffered minor burns on his face while battling a house fire Tuesday evening in Hazelwood, city emergency dispatchers said.
Paramedics said the 46-year-old man was taken to a hospital after being injured in the fire that was reported at 8:01 p.m. at the home on Flowers Avenue. No other injuries were reported, dispatchers said.
City arson investigators were trying to determine what caused the fire.
