WHITE OAK, Pa. — Three firefighters were not seriously hurt Monday when their rescue truck overturned on a private, gravel road in White Oak, Allegheny County.

The truck from Rainbow Volunteer Fire Co. crashed shortly before 10 a.m. on Will Court, where other trucks were also responding to a shed fire.

“They were attempting to come down the same road my engine came down,” White Oak Volunteer Fire Chief Jim Hoffman said. “Next thing I know, someone hollered and said the rescue truck had slipped off the road and rolled.”
