Site gives firefighters access to wide range of entertaining and instructive firefighting video content
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – FireRescue1.com, one of the leading online news and information resources for firefighters, today announced that it has launched FlashoverTV.com (www.flashoverTV.com), the first dedicated online video community for firefighters and fire departments nationwide.
With FlashoverTV.com, members of the firefighting community will for the first time have a full-featured, interactive environment in which to view, upload and discuss an unlimited number of industry-focused videos. Similar to FireRescue1.com, FlashoverTV includes sections focused on key firefighting topics, news and training, as well as a growing product demo/virtual trade show video section.
FlashoverTV also includes a variety of community features, including the ability to create video playlists, subscribe to other members’ content, add groups for other members to join and rate or comment on videos. FlashoverTV’s featured topics cover a wide range of firefighting subjects, from training clips and product demonstrations to humorous firehouse and fire scene videos.
