ZWAAG, Netherlands — We are proud to inform you about a new phase in the history of Moditech Rescue Solutions: our company has been acquired by Bliksund, a Norwegian leading provider of digital solutions for emergency responders and ambulance services (www.bliksund.com).
In a world where every second counts during emergency response, Moditech has put itself on the map over the past 20 years with the Crash Recovery System (CRS). Our mission, to support first responders worldwide with digital information to save more lives, gets a strong foundation with this acquisition.
With software for real-time incident video sharing, an operational management system for emergency services and digital tools for ambulance services to transfer patient information during emergencies, Bliksund has an extensive product portfolio that offers great added value when combined with the Crash Recovery System. We have found an excellent new owner in Bliksund who can provide our users with professional total solutions in the future.
The next six months will be spent integrating both organizations. The Moditech Rescue Solutions office in Zwaag will be maintained. Our Sales and Support team will work closely with the teams in Denmark and Norway to further improve our services. The focus will also be on internationalizing our activities.
