EVANSVILLE, Wis. — The city of Evansville Police Department announced Monday the death of Christopher Augustin, who passed away Nov. 14.
Augustin was a member of the Evansville Community Fire Department, as well as the city’s Emergency Medical Services, since 2013 and previously served with the Bellville Fire Department in the village of Belleville.
“Firefighter Augustin served honorably until his passing,” according to a city of Evansville Police Department media release. “He will be missed by all in our community.”
No further information was released and funeral arrangements are pending.
