HARRISBURG, Pa. — One firefighter was injured in a fire Saturday night that spread through five homes on the 2000 block of Briggs Street.
Harrisburg Fire Chief Brian Enterline said the department was dispatched to the report of a building fire, with entrapment. As it turned out, he said, that person was later found.
Enterline did confirm that one firefighter fell off the first-floor roof and was injured. He was taken to Hershey Medical Center and was reported to be in good condition.
Five homes were involved in the fire and Enterline said he wasn’t sure how many people were displaced.
