Chantilly, Va. — The International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) announced last week that CEO and Executive Director Rob Brown will now also oversee Emergency Services Consulting International (ESCI), the association’s subsidiary consulting firm. The collaboration is designed to bring a new sense of innovation and shared vision, as well as an expanded network of partners and cooperating agencies to guide public safety organizations into the future.
“ESCI has been known as the go-to fire, rescue, and emergency medical services consulting firm for over two decades,” Brown said in an IAFC press release. “Moving forward, ESCI is poised to become the one-stop-shop for all public safety consulting essentials, including law enforcement and emergency management/homeland security.”
ESCI will kick off the new effort this week at Fire-Rescue International (FRI) in Charlotte, N.C., showcasing its offerings, as well as its line of products and services provided by the association’s Human Capital and Planning and Strategic Services Divisions. FRI attendees will have the opportunity to learn from ESCI executive staff during the FRI education sessions and engage with ESCI staff at the FRI IAFC Pavilion to discuss consulting needs or any of our products and services.
