LAS VEGAS — A firefighter-paramedic is suing the cities of Las Vegas and Henderson, as well as several high-ranking members of Las Vegas Fire & Rescue after a sexually explicit video of her was passed around.

Las Vegas Now reported that the ex-boyfriend of “Jane Doe,” a firefighter with Henderson Fire, shared a video that was sexual in nature after she broke up with him due to his “obsessive behavior.”

“We allege in the complaint that it was transmitted through some sort of electronic means, we don’t know what exactly, during a firefighter paramedic training at the city of Las Vegas,” Attorney Jenny Foley told Las Vegas Now.

The suit also claims that Jane Doe initially tried to report the incident to her captain but said that he tried to “sweep the incident under the rug.”

The lawsuit names two captains, a battalion chief and several firefighters. A total of 14 individuals allegedly viewed the video.

Jane Doe is asking for $25,000 in back pay as a result of the suit.
