Calling all fire photographers: FireRescue1 wants to see your pictures! The next time you come across something inspiring, take out the camera and submit it to FireRescue1! Just remember to include your name, agency information and brief background information on the picture.

This week’s Photo of the Week comes from the Charlestown Fire Company, Station 5 in Maryland, showing three firefighters who suffered burns in a trailer fire earlier this month back at the station to be fitted for new turnout gear.

Charlestown volunteer Firefighters Ryan Jenkins, Danny Miller and Jordan Heverin have all been released from the hospital and are continuing their recovery at home after being injured in the blaze on Feb. 10. Miller was the last to be released, returning home last Friday after nine days in the burn center, according to Cecil Daily. North East Volunteer Fire Company Firefighter/EMT Koty Wright was also injured in the blaze and is credited with helping save the three other men.

“All three brothers in the station to be fitted for new turn out gear today,” Station 5 posted on Facebook Thursday.
