NEW YORK — A dignified transfer was held for Firefighter Patrick Brady, a veteran of the FDNY, who tragically died after suffering cardiac arrest during an apartment fire in Brooklyn.

During the solemn moment, firefighters stood at attention and saluted the fallen firefighter, underscoring the deep respect their sacrifice commands. Brady’s funeral will be held at the Church of St. Francis de Sales in Belle Harbor, N.Y., on Nov. 15.
