PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Two firefighters were injured while battling a two-alarm warehouse fire Tuesday morning.
Stored inventory fueled the fire at the facility, which is used to clean and press linens for hospitals and military bases and provides jobs for disabled workers, according to WVEC.
No one was at the facility when the fire started.
Both firefighters have recovered and are back on duty, though one had to be transported to a local hospital.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
