LANCASTER, Pa. — The body of a Lancaster County firefighter missing in a North Carolina lake since Jan. 1 has been found, authorities said.
Steven Kish, 30, apparently fell into Lake Norman after stepping onto the deck of a boat to smoke a cigarette. Kish had been boating with a brother and friends.
His body was found at about 8:30 a.m. Saturday. The water temperature when he disappeared was about 50 degrees, authorities said.
