LAUREL, Md. — Two motorcyclists, including a veteran Baltimore County fire lieutenant, died early Sunday in a head-on crash in Prince George’s County.
Preliminary information from investigators indicated the crash occurred about 4:40 a.m. in the 11500 block of Laurel-Bowie Road. Both motorcyclists died at the scene.
Authorities identified the motorcyclists as Hubert Harrison Jr., 63, of Bowie, and Fahad Iqbal, 23, of Laurel. Investigators said Iqbal was headed north on Laurel-Bowie Road when he crossed the center line around a curve and struck Harrison head-on.
