Michael Baker is the fire chief for the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, leading a department of 725 members and 30 fire station locations. A 26-year veteran of the Tulsa Fire Department, Chief Baker held previous roles as chief of EMS, public information officer and fire captain. Baker holds a master’s degree in security studies (homeland security) from the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security, and a bachelor’s degree in university studies (political science, sociology and emergency management) from Oklahoma State University.

Adam Storey is a division chief with Cobb County (Georgia) Fire and Emergency Services, where he has served since 1997. He also is the executive officer for the director of public safety. As the chief of logistics, Storey is responsible for capital improvements, facility maintenance, apparatus maintenance and support services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and an associate degree in business administration, and is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government’s Management Development Program.

Greg Ward is an assistant fire chief for the Loveland (Colorado) Fire Rescue Authority (LFRA), currently leading the Risk Reduction and Readiness Division, which includes training, community safety, logistics (including fire apparatus and facilities) and firefighter health/safety. Ward has served LFRA for 30 years and has a total of 37 years in the fire service. He holds the Center for Public Safety Excellence Chief Officer and Chief Training Officer credentials. Ward serves as the president of the Colorado Governor’s Board for Fire Training and Certification Advisory Board. He is currently a member of the IAFC/FAMA Emergency Vehicle Supply and Demand Workgroup.
