BEAVER DAM, Wis. — Three Beaver Dam firefighters were injured, one seriously, in an airboat crash on Beaver Dam Lake on Feb. 12.
In a Facebook post, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office stated the crash occurred while the Beaver Dam Fire Department was training around Grape Island.
One firefighter was seriously injured but the details of the injuries were not provided.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is leading the investigation and is being assisted by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office and the Beaver Dam Police Department.
