FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Firefighters responded to a call at their own station when a large tree fell on top of it Thursday.
Fairfield firefighters were on a call when the 75-foot pine tree fell. The station sustained damage to the roof and kitchen area.
“Accidents can happen anywhere at anytime,” the department wrote on its Facebook page.
