Nyack EMS has been using ePro Scheduler since 2009. We previously used a non-industry specific scheduling software program, but it had no timekeeping capabilities. We wanted more controls built into our scheduling processes without having the added risk of field employee schedule conflicts. For example, we could not have the possibility of people assigning themselves to two shifts at the same time. With ePro Scheduler, there are automatic notifications built-in to prevent errors such as this. In addition, we were seeking automated timekeeping and integrating employee management into one single program.
Our main concerns were ease of transition from our existing program and price of the new product. After careful consideration, ePro had the most to offer in terms of what we were looking for at the best price. Thanks to ePro Scheduler, we have gained more control of our overtime costs. We are able to quickly see total hours worked for the week for each employee, before approving additional shifts.
