Diets for firefighters: What works and why?

Firefighters today are faced with myriad options for diet and nutrition plans. Paleo, vegetarian, keto, intermittent fasting—all have their supporters and detractors. To help digest (see what I did there?) the information and determine what diet is right for you, it helps to first understand why diets work.

In this short video, I explain why any diet can help you lose weight and provide three steps to get started if you’re looking to be more deliberate about what you eat and control calories.
