USSC, which designs and manufacturers Valor seating solutions for first responders, added another line to its heavy-duty firefighter seats.

Valor fire seats are constructed from military-grade fabric and triple stitched. The upholstery is secured with Velcro so it can be replaced or cleaned.

The Valor fire seats offer built-in crash protection with IMMI RollTrek airbag and rollover technology. When a crash occurs, the system tightens seat belts and inflates airbags in every outboard location.

They’re available in either fixed or flip configurations and come in both SCBA and non-SCBA style. The crew seats also feature seat heat, USB charging stations, recline and LED lighting.

Valor crew and officer seats come standard with magnetic SCBA straps that pin the shoulder harness to the back of the seat and pop lose when the firefighter exits the rig. Each seat has a dual retractor ABTS belt system with integrated ready-reach belt design and extra-long webbing. These features improve access, retraction speed, comfort and egress speed.

The backing, which houses the SCBA, on crew and officer seats will automatically adjust back to allow the firefighter’s back and shoulders to be against the seat padding. A release lever returns the back to its original position.

The Valor G2A features dual retractor belts, upper, lower and mid back lumbar adjustment. The Valor 12-way electric driver’s seat positioning and lumbar adjustments are controlled from a button panel at the lower front area. Five seat setting configurations can be entered into the memory system.
