FIRE 20/20, a nonprofit organization that developed tools and training to help career, combination and volunteer fire and emergency service departments, published a 2007 project aimed at the growing safety risks for fire/EMS personnel and civilians in multicultural communities.
The research team collected data between September 2006 and February 2007. The six-month period was devoted to data analysis and report writing. You can read the Multicultural Health and Safety Research findings below.
