I was transferred to a new station with some younger members. We don’t really click yet. I’m working on it, but wondered if you have some tips for how to get them off their phones and more engaged in our training activities?

Chief Billy Goldfeder, EFO, a firefighter since 1973, serves as deputy fire chief of the Loveland-Symmes (Ohio) Fire Department.
