What do I do if I don’t have a username and/or password?
Registering is easy and free! You can register here.
Can you help me identify my lost username and/or password?
To have your username and password emailed to you click here. This will be sent to the email address that is listed in your account information – if the email address we have for you is not your current address, contact customer support.
What should I do if I believe I have the correct username and password but still cannot log in?
First make sure that you’re using a compatible web browser and that you have the latest version.
How do I continue if I didn’t get to finish my registration?
You will need to go to your profile to continue filling out the registration form. You will use the username and password you chose when filling out the first page of your registration.
What should I do if I get the message “Username already in use” or “Email already in use”?
Username: You are most likely receiving this message because another member of FireRescue1 is already using the requested username. You will need to choose another unique username for your account. If you think you may have already registered with this username, contact customer support for assistance.
Email: If you are receiving this message, your email address is already in our system and you already have an account with us. Please contact customer support for assistance.
To find your Username and Password, you can go to www.firerescue1.com/forgot/ to have your Username and Password sent to you. If you are still having issues, please contact member support for assistance.
How do I update my profile?
Click here to go to My Profile. If you want to change your username, contact customer support.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from a newsletter?
You can choose which newsletters you would like to receive here.
What should I do if I’m not receiving my newsletters?
You can check to see which Newsletters you are signed up to receive here. If you are still not receiving Newsletters it most likely has to do with your email settings. Check your “junk email” folder to see if the Newsletter is going there. Your email provider may be detecting the Newsletter as spam and blocking it. You may need to add newsletter@firerescue1.com to your “Trusted Sender List.”
How can I update a job listing?
You will need to contact customer support to make changes to a job listing.
Where does FireRescue1 get its article information?
We license content from wire sources and also write original articles in house. We also have a team of contributors that write exclusive columns for us about the latest industry and product news. In addition, we partner with content producers like industry magazines for up-to-date trends and information.
