The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza between the hours of 6:00PM and 10:30PM. The special guest for the evening will be nationally recognized comedian/actor Paul Rodriguez. The night promises to be a fun filled event with great entertainment, a fabulous meal prepared especially for our event, and a chance to win and/or bid on some fantastic prizes. The seating for this special evening is limited; we anticipate that the event will sell out fast. To make dinner reservations, we offer 2 options:

Please fill out the form completely as your dinner confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. Click here to download mail-order form.

• Option 2 allows you to use your credit card to make dinner reservations directly from our secured on-line store. Click here to be taken to our store.

For those who plan to spend the evening a block of rooms have been set aside at the discounted rate of $249. The Hyatt Regency hotel is sold out; but, special arrangements have been made with the InterContinental Hotel (2151 Avenue Of The Stars, Century City). The rooms are held under the IAFF Redmond Symposium name; when making your hotel reservations please use their name. The reservation telephone number for the InterContinental Hotel is (310) 284-6500.

The objective of the Firefighter Cancer Support Network (FCSN) is to provide timely assistance to all fire service members and their families in the event of cancer diagnosis. We maintain and continuously update a roster of mentors who have personal experience with many types of cancers who will personally guide affected individuals through the process of dealing with their specific illnesses. The FCSN also provides awareness to fire service members and their families about the importance of cancer prevention and screening by coordinating educational opportunities with various health programs.

If you have questions or need further assistance, please contact Event Coordinator Tom Knerl at (213) 500-6700 or tknerl@fcsn.net. Event and table sponsorships are still available. Contact Tom Knerl for further information regarding sponsorships.

We look forward to seeing you at this special event; a time to reflect on the celebration of life and family.
