As if 2020 weren’t hard enough, Santa’s usual around-town greetings are hampered by social distancing.
The good news: Fire departments around the country have offered to help him spread some holiday spirit – at a safe distance.

Santa got an upgrade to his sleigh this year! Jolly old St. Nic stopped in town a week early to check in on all the girls and boys to make sure they were being good. Escorted by "reindeer" from Plain Township Fire, New Albany Police, and New Albany Service Department, Santa made his way through the streets of New Albany on our Sutphen platform to spread some much needed holiday cheer!
