Ga. firefighter, wife found dead in apparent double homicide

COBB COUNTY, Ga. — A Cherokee County firefighter and his wife were found dead in their home early Thursday morning, CBS 46 reported.
Timothy Hicks, 31, and his wife, Amber, 31, died from gunshot wounds in an apparent double homicide, according to Cobb County police.
A 2-year-old found at the residence was unharmed.
Police are still searching for a suspect.
Hicks was a firefighter with Cherokee County Fire & EMS and had recently completed paramedic training. His body was transported from his home by a procession of emergency vehicles.
