CHICAGO — The Chicago Fire Department is mourning the death of Battalion Chief Sean Kevin.
Fire officials said Kevin, 53, had just returned home after completing a shift when he died on Sept. 8.
Kevin served as a firefighter, lieutenant and captain before being promoted to battalion chief in 2023.
