Photo of the Week: Nashville firefighters tend to flag outside damaged station

Calling all fire photographers: FireRescue1 wants to see your pictures! The next time you come across something inspiring, take out the camera and submit it to FireRescue1! Just remember to include your name, agency information and brief background information on the picture.

This week’s Photo of the Week captures Nashville firefighters untangling and folding the American flag at the damaged Holly Street station in East Nashville.

Tornadoes ripped across Tennessee early Tuesday, destroying 40 buildings and killing 25 people. The Nashville Fire Department tweeted reminders to area residents that they can keep up with updates at the department’s Metro Storm Response Information Plan.
