GRESSTON, Ga. — A Georgia Fire Chief died Sunday from a heart attack while clearing trees after a thunderstorm.
A funeral for Chief Jay C. Brown, 42, of the Gresston Volunteer Community Fire Department, will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at for Chief Brown.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Dodge County Fireman’s Children’s Fund.
