David Blevins is a grant writer with FireGrantsHelp.com, and its sister site, EMSGrantsHelp.com. David has been involved with the fire and emergency services for the past 10 years and holds many certifications including Fire Officer II, Paramedic, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Service Administration from the University of Memphis. David currently serves as Paramedic Program Director for Roane State Community in East Tennessee, and an Emergency Manager in the Tennessee Air National Guard.
