BARRE. Vt. - An early morning fire killed five people - a mother and four children - in a second-floor apartment Saturday.
The victims were identified as Kimberly Stoltz Foster, 30; her two children, Tory Stoltz, 12, and Brett Stoltz, 9; and two stepchildren, Christa Foster, 8, and Mikayla Foster, 6, who were reportedly visiting for the weekend.
