NEW YORK - A New York City firefighter, dismissed after he and two others were accused of having sex with a woman in a Bronx firehouse nicknamed the “Animal House,” is not entitled to get his job back, a Manhattan judge has ruled.
State Supreme Court Justice Karen S. Smith said Christian Waugh, 31, was legally fired because he refused to cooperate with a city investigation into his alleged role in the sexual activity on Aug. 20, 2004, at the Engine Co. 75/Ladder Co. 33 firehouse.
