PORT HURON, Mich. — Firefighters were working Thursday to extinguish a blaze following an early morning explosion at an oil refinery in the border city of Sarnia, Ontario.
There were no injuries reported at the sprawling Imperial Oil facility, which is visible across the St. Clair River from Port Huron, and police said all workers in the plant had been accounted for.
