PONTIAC, Ill. — A special person from Livingston County lost his battle with cancer Monday. Tim Murphy of Pontiac was long-time firefighter and EMT.
Murphy, 52, died at 9 a.m. Monday at his residence after a battle with liver cancer.
Murphy and his wife, Betty, shared the battle with cancer through the CaringBridge Web site.
