Rescue Workers Search Frozen River
ABINGDON, Md. — Harford County rescue workers searched a frozen river Monday afternoon after finding a bicycle on the ice.
Officials said they were unsure whether anyone fell through the ice near the 4000 block of Pulaski Highway in Abingdon.
SkyTeam 11 reported a firefighter working on the search fell through the ice, injuring a shoulder. Crews rescued the firefighter and transported him to an area hospital for injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
