A New York City fire truck responding to an emergency call early Sunday morning collided with a car in Brooklyn, killing the driver, police and fire officials said.
Craig Mason, 20, of Brooklyn, died about 30 minutes after his 2005 Honda smashed into the side of the fire truck, police and fire officials said.
“Right now, we don’t see anybody at fault,” New York Police Det. John Sweeney said. “Unfortunately, it was just a tragic accident.”
