BLENHEIM, SC — A 48-year-old volunteer firefighter suffered a fatal heart attack after responding to the scene of a motor vehicle accident Tuesday.
Lieutenant Steve Hagan, of the Blenheim, SC, Fire Department began to feel sick at the incident scene.
He was transported by ambulance to the hospital where he went into cardiac arrest and was unable to be revived.
