2 teenage crew members later called to fight blaze

Two teenage Marydel Fire Company firefighters set fire to a vacant Kent shed and later returned to fight the blaze with their fellow firefighters, officials said.
The pair, identified as William J. Hoffman, 18, of Marydel, Md., and a 16-year-old from Marydel, Del., were charged Tuesday with second-degree arson and conspiracy.
Hoffman was released on $7,000 bail. The 16-year-old was released to the custody of his parents. The 16-year-old’s name wasn’t used because of his age. ...
