Two firefighters hurt battling Pa. house fire

One was treated for smoke inhalation, while the other was treated for a back injury

GLASSPORT, Pa. — Two firefighters were injured Sunday while working to put out a fire at a Glassport home.

One was treated for smoke inhalation, while the other was treated for a back injury, an Allegheny County Emergency dispatcher said. Both were taken to Jefferson Hospital.

The fire at 302 6th St. was called into 911 just after 5:30 p.m.

People were inside the home when the fire broke out but none were hospitalized.
