3M Scott Fire and Safety donates $50K to aid cancer awareness, prevention efforts

3M Scott Fire & Safety donated $50,000 to two first responder-specific organizations to help aid cancer awareness and prevention efforts at FDIC 2018.

The organizations – First Responder Center for Excellence and Firefighter Cancer Support Network – were each given $25,000. They are the first recipients of the company’s new two-year charitable-giving initiative. 3M Scott Fire and Safety will donate $100,000 to the firefighter community over the next two years.
