BALTIMORE — Two people, including a firefighter, were shot Friday afternoon.
WBALtv.com reported that an on-duty firefighter was coming back from the store when a man who was having a dispute inside a cellphone store went outside and began shooting at the store. He then turned and shot at the uniformed firefighter and another man.
The 43-year-old firefighter sustained a gunshot wound to his hand. A 65-year-old man was shot in the leg, according to the report. Both are expected to be OK. The identities of the two men have not yet been released.
The shooter, who police described as arrogant and cowardly, ran away.
The shooter is described as an African American male in his 20s, 5 feet 11 inches tall with a slim build, according to the report.
