FALMOUTH, Ky. — A firefighter from Falmouth, Kentucky suffered a massive heart attack while on duty Saturday afternoon, according to the Greater Cincinnati Police and Fire Chaplain Services.
The Pendleton County firefighter responded to a fire of 300 to 400 hay bales Saturday before suffering a heart attack, Greater Cincinnati Police and Fire Chaplain Services posted to Facebook.
The post said the heart attack was “massive” with 100 percent blockage and the firefighter was in critical condition.
