A part of the duties of a driver assigned to an apparatus is to check the truck. One often-overlooked aspect of checking the truck involves the windows.
For the driver to safely operate the rig, the windows need to be clean enough to see out without any interference. The truck’s wipers and wash fluid are not enough to remove the dirt, grime, streaks or whatever that accumulates on the windshield. Use window cleaner to clean the inside and outside of the windshield and side windows as well as the mirrors.
