Armadillo Merino USA launches PFAS-free station wear

SABER shirts and pants are chemical, heavy metal, toxin, and PFAS-free

CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Armadillo Merino USA has launched a line of station wear and PPE that is PFAS-free, and made of Merino wool.

The SABER shirt, pants, socks, and the wildland balaclava and neck gaiter and made from 100% Merino wool to help wick away sweat and keep you dry. The balaclava and gaiter come with two P2 filters.

The Armadillo Merino station shirts and available in short sleeves and long sleeves and come with or without epaulets and a badge holder.

The extra-long Merino Wool EPIC socks are 75% Merino Wool, 15% Polyamide and 10% Elastane. Made for boots, they have full padding around the foot and light padding up the shin.

Armadillo Merino USA clothing is machine washable at up to 40°C/ 104°F (cold/warm) with detergent. Merino wool is self-cleaning in water and naturally releases dirt and odor even when washed in cold water.

Line dry or place in the dryer at extra low heat. Tumble dry on a low heat, can be used but sparingly to prolong the life of the clothing. Dryer sheets are not necessary.

The Armadillo Merino Saber unisex station wear shirt and pants are $200.00. The EPIC socks are $30.00, and the balaclava and gaiter are $60.00 each.
