WASHINGTON — A collision between a D.C. fire truck and a passenger van left seven people injured Wednesday morning.
WJLA.com reported the fire truck was responding to a call for a gas leak when the collision occurred around 9:45 a.m.
One firefighter suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Three others sustained minor injuries. All four were taken to the hospital.
Three people in the van were injured in the crash. Two suffered critical injuries and the third had serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
