The Moores Hill Rescue features a 14’ aluminum rescue body on an International chassis. This unit features a drop frame alteration to maximize storage capacity while maintaining a short wheelbase. Using a process adapted and engineered by Summit Fire Apparatus, the frame alteration increases storage capacity up to 30%. The additional storage space is beneficial in more than just capacity. The added space is lower, more convenient and easily accessible. Another benefit of dropping the frame is truly transverse compartments from floor to ceiling.
